Max layers baking soda in with the zinc, so odor gets handled two ways at once. The base carries a slip agent that takes the drag out of application. It's Dermatologist Tested.
Sensitive is the one with no baking soda in it at all. It runs zinc with triethyl citrate, an ester that works with your skin's own acidity instead of nudging its pH. No alcohol either. It's Dermatologist Tested. If irritation is your whole history with natural deodorant, start here.
Tea Tree is the original Zaffré®, and the botanical one: tea tree and sage alongside the zinc, with baking soda doing the neutralizing. It's the only one of the three without the ester the other two carry. If baking soda has ever bothered your skin, buy Sensitive instead.
