Returns & Refunds

First-Time Customers
If your first Zaffré product doesn’t meet expectations, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund.

Returning Customers
Unopened products purchased directly from getzaffre.com may be returned within 30 days if damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@getzaffre.com
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship your return to:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. A $7.95 return shipping fee applies.

Additional Notes

  • Returns must be pre-authorized
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Retail purchases must be returned to the original retailer

European Union Customers

EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery in accordance with local regulations. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
